I am a Christian husband, efficiency nerd, globetrotter and software developer.
I have a passion for innovation. This is backed by having a strong background in technical support, web development and CRM management. I love using technology to solve problems and improve the efficiency of any system I can get my hands on.
When I'm taking time out from a computer screen, I always find something to mount using my drill 👨🏽🔧.
Major achievements

✓ Setup, manage and configure Salesforce enterprises. This included setting up Lightning Web Components, Customer Portal website and API integrations with 3rd party software such as Calendly, Mailchimp and many more.
✓ Managing a technical support team of 3 for over 3 years. This role includes exercising team management, project management, and systems administration skills. Key metrics monitored included: time taken to resolve tickets, order parts and respond to first contact with the customer.
✓ Integrated Zenkraft and Salesforce, including enabling Visualforce functions to enable automated shipping and tracking of orders saving time and money.
✓ Integrated Odoo and PayPal to create a seamless online payment system for SimbaSupport LLC, increasing their efficiency, sales and revenue.
What I do day to day

✢ Managing and deploying Salesforce apps to increase the efficiency of sales and operations departments
✢ Developing web applications using Angular and Nextjs
✢ Utilizing my customer relationship skills and contributing to better healthcare
✢ Working out 💪🏽
✢ Being kind to my wife (or at least trying to)
