I am a Technical Support Manager with over 5 years of experience in the IT industry. I have a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, providing customer service, and resolving technical issues.

My roles in the technical service department have been aided by my Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Information Technology, graduated in 2017.

I have served as Technical Support Manager at Global Imaging USA, I was responsible for a team of 3 support engineers. I successfully managed the team to achieve an 10 day average time to close tickets. This was a significant improvement from the previous average of 21 days. I also developed and implemented an information database that improved time taken to resolve tickets and reduced the outbound calls for external support.
I am a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong commitment to customer service. I am also a skilled communicator and problem solver. I am confident that I can make a significant contribution to any organization that I am placed in.
